Who are we looking for

We are looking for a professional responsible for leading a project from its inception to completion. This role manages and governs either a single project, program, or a portfolio of projects and is a key driver of the delivery lifecycle, based on the executive expertise to remove obstacles and ensure successful outcomes. The Project Manager is responsible for managing engagements, keeping them on track, maintaining their health, leading a team of delivery professionals and achieving customer satisfaction. In addition, the role involves keeping the project team working on the highest priority tasks, removing risks and impediments, maintaining financials on track and leading communications with all Stakeholders.

What you'll do

Presales and Contracting

  • Defining the business value of projects, assessing risks and feasibility.

  • Creating key documents (SOW, WBS, estimates, risk assessments).

  • Supporting contract finalization and monitoring changes (Change Requests, Amendments).

  • Coordinating the onboarding of partners and negotiating subcontractor agreements.

Project Initiation

  • Setting project goals and scope, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

  • Developing the project charter, identifying stakeholders and their impact on the project.

Project Planning

  • Identifying and allocating resources.

  • Creating a detailed work brakedown structure and plan covering: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resource management.

  • Developing risk mitigation strategies and the project budget.

  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks and backlog.

Project Execution

  • Leading the team by clarifying and assigning roles, monitoring progress, and resolving conflicts.

  • Facilitating meetings (daily stand-ups, Sprint Review) and removing obstacles.

  • Ensuring effective, regular communication between stakeholders.

  • Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. 

Project Monitoring

  • Ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Managing changes in scope, schedule, and resources.

  • Monitoring costs and ensuring budget alignment.

  • Reporting project status to key stakeholders.

Project Closure

  • Ensuring all deliverables are completed and accepted by skateholders.

  • Finalizing project documentation ensuring smooth handover of deliverables.

  • Reconciling budget and invoices.

  • Conducting retrospectives, analyzing lessons learned, and sharing best practices.

  • Suggest IP improvements, provide performance feedback to managers, gather team feedback, and request customer feedback via CSAT survey.

What you bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, 

  • 2+ years’ experience in consulting or professional services, 

  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects with different levels of complexity, 

  • Demonstrated management of complex projects involving employees, customers, and subcontractors, 

  • Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects, 

  • Leadership and management skills for overseeing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, 

  • Strong understanding of consulting and delivery, with the ability to drive business value through customer engagements, 

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management tools, 

  • Experience with MS Project, 

  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills in Polish and English, 

  • Excellent skills in planning, collaboration, team orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.  

 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification, 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Project Management certification, 

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and profitability metrics, 

  • Background in BI or Data & AI or ESG related areas.
