Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer who can design and deliver AI-first solutions end-to-end in a consulting environment. This role is for people with a strong technical background and demonstrable experience working in an AI-native way - using modern AI tools responsibly and effectively as part of daily engineering, architecture, analysis, and delivery.

You will work on small-to-medium scale solutions built on Azure, with TypeScript across the frontend and backend, Python where it is the right tool, and PostgreSQL-centered headless platforms to deliver unique the difference. You should be comfortable moving between software engineering, solution design, client communication, and business analysis.

What you'll do

Design and build fullstack applications using TypeScript, React, and Angular.
Develop backend services and APIs in TypeScript and/or Python using frameworks such as Node.js, NestJS, Express, FastAPI, TanStack and React Router.
Build and evolve headless, API-first platforms backed by PostgreSQL and ORM-based data access patterns.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and scalable implementation approaches.
Lead or co-lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings with clients and internal teams for AI-infused rapid-prototyping and development.
Work independently and take ownership across the full delivery lifecycle - from presales and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Collaborate in compact consulting teams, typically 3-6 people, where strong communication and accountability matter.
Use AI-native engineering practices to improve delivery quality, speed, documentation, and decision-making.

What you bring

You do not need to check every box below - but strong communication skills and a focus on quality in AI-driven delivery are a must.

2+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, including hands-on fullstack delivery.
Demonstrable experience working in an AI-first, AI-native delivery model, with proven ability to use AI tools effectively in real engineering work.
Strong TypeScript skills and practical experience with React and/or Angular in production environments.
Experience building backend services in TypeScript and Python.
Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL and designing backend systems around headless or API-first platforms with ORM-based access layers.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and business analysis skills - you can speak with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, make sound engineering decisions, and operate effectively in a highly competitive consulting environment.
Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to have

Experience with NestJS, FastAPI, or similar backend frameworks.
Experience with Azure App Services, Container Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions pipelines.
Expirience with AWS.
Background in consulting, technical presales, or solution architecture.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or adjacent low-code ecosystems.
Experience mentoring other engineers and helping shape delivery standards.
